Many of Acentric's surveys are standardized and mostly automated, offering a complete end-to-end research package. This includes: a well-thought out methodology, a standardized questionnaire (but with some customizability still allowed), participant recruitment from global panels, statistical analysis and a full PowerPoint report. Acentric reports aren't just the usual graphs and tables without context. Reports includes written interpretation of the results, with key takeouts and the methodological context (tied to the research objectives).
Acentric has its own local survey panels and extends globally through an alliance of panels.

Craig left his role as a senior statistician within the marketing research industry to found Acentric in 2010. He currently fulfills both project management and analytical roles. He has been active in the marketing research industry since 2001. His areas of expertise include statistical analysis, research technology, project management and research methodology. Past industry experience includes: Automotive, FMCG, Financial, Government, Healthcare, Industrial, Insurance, Parastatals involved in R&D, Telecommunications and Tobacco. Craig has a B.Soc.Sc. (Hons Marketing) and a Cert. in Statistics (Royal Statistical Society, London).
