Craig founded Acentric in 2010 with a focus on the newly-emerging area of online research. He has been active in the marketing research industry since 2001, having accumulated extensive expertise in the areas of advanced-statistical analysis, research technology and marketing-research methodology. Craig also has extensive experience running online panels.
Craig received an Honours Degree in Marketing (B.Soc.Sci. (Hons)) in 1999 from UND; receiving a distinction for his dissertation “An Empirical Analysis of the Premium Till Concept”. Craig also received an Ordinary Certificate in Statistics from the Royal Statistical Society, London in 2004. His past industry experience includes: Automotive, Design (packaging), FMCG, Financial, Government, Healthcare, Insurance, Parastatals, ITC and Tobacco. Craig has made various contributions to the field by writing papers for conferences, adjudicating conferences and writing short articles. Craig has received extensive coverage in the media for his work. Craig is an affiliate member of the South African Marketing Research Association, a member of the South African Statistical Association and a fellow of the Royal Statistical Society.
