Website & Competitor Analysis

Is your website not producing sales or are visitors not staying (bouncing)? Whatever the issue, find out what is wrong and what areas require fixing. You'll receive a report comparing your website to key competitors. The evaluation covers the following key dimensions:

  • Website navigation and layout evaluation
  • Key messages and images on the home page
  • Overall offering comparison
  • Other issues that we encounter that might hinder conversions

Methodology

You can choose how many competitors and whether we must identify them for you. You will identify up to key issues, in the form of actions that you want visitors to perform (such as register for a newsletter).

An analyst will then examine your website on a number key dimensions for up to 1 hour.

The analyst then examines each competitor in the same way for up to half an hour each. You decide on how many competitors to include when purchasing credits for this module.

The analyst then writes a report detailing strengths and weaknesses, and identifies key differences between your site and competitor sites.

Recommendations are are also included to provide direction to your website designer.

The report provides a brief overview of the method, then provides results for each of the alternatives you selected.
